All tickets are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. Tickets are also non-transferable to another person.

The Happy Hour is responsible solely for curating and managing the event experience. We accept no responsibility or liability for the venue, its infrastructure, staff, or services, or for any incidents arising from venue operations.

04 Code of Conduct & Misconduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behaviour of any kind. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund.
